Please note this dog's foster home Location is included on this page, but you must go through the adoption process and be approved prior to doing a meet and greet with the foster dog.
Luca - I am a 3 month old Border Collie Mix and I am being fostered in Indianapolis, Indiana. I am a curious, rambunctious, fun-loving, independent, confident, smart boy. My favorite chew toy is a bully ring, and I love to learn and get treats. I sit and come, and I’m working on other life skills. I like to play with my brother, but I also love playing with the big dogs in my foster home. I like a healthy dose of affection from my humans, but don’t overdo it, because I’m kind of busy. I’m not fond of baths, but I’ll work with you to get through it. I require an above ground fence, another dog in the home that I can play with, an experienced border collie handler, and an active lifestyle. I live in a wonderful foster home, and my foster mom works from home, so I’m used to a certain lifestyle. I want a home that does not leave me alone all day. I’m okay with children as long as they are kind to me. Cats are okay, too. We do expect a great deal of applications for these boys. Please understand that they will be placed in homes that are the best match for them. The $30 application fee will be refunded if we do not process your application because we feel you are not be a good match.
